Biryani Gravy

Biryani Gravy / Salan / Restaurant Style / Quick Recipe is one of the best side dishes for any Biryani that is mostly served in Restaurants. It is sometimes also called as Shorba and Sherva.
It can also be served with Pulao or Fried Rice.

Ingredients:
2 tbsp – Peanuts
2 tbsp – Sesame Seeds
2 tbsp – Coconut Powder
1 – Onion (medium, roughly chopped)
1 – Green Chilli
1 inch – Ginger (cut into pieces)
4-5 – Garlic Cloves
1 – Tomato (medium, roughly chopped)
2 tbsp – Mint leaves (finely chopped)
2 tbsp – Coriander leaves (finely chopped)
2tbsp – Oil1 – Bay Leaf
1/2 tsp – Jeera (Cumin Seeds)
3 – Elaichi (Cardamom)
3 – Laung (Cloves)
1 inch – Dalchin (Cinnamon)
1/4 tsp – Haldi (Turmeric Powder)
1/2 tsp – Chilli Powder (as per taste)
1 tsp – Dhania (Coriander Powder)
1/4 tsp – Jeera (Cumin Powder)
1/4 tsp – Garam Masala
1/2 tsp – Salt (as per taste)
